Important: We do not guarantee specific review quantities, ratings, or search rankings. Results vary based on numerous factors including your customer base and industry.
2. Billing & Payment
Subscription Options
We offer flexible billing to meet your needs:
- Monthly Plans: Billed monthly with no long-term commitment
- Annual Plans: Billed yearly with potential savings
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees according to your chosen billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days.
3. Your Responsibilities
To ensure the success of our partnership, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Respond promptly to customer feedback when necessary
- Not request, incentivize, or create fake reviews
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
4. Platform Compliance
Our services are designed to comply with major review platform guidelines including Google, Yelp, and Facebook. You acknowledge that:
- Review platforms may change their policies at any time
- We cannot control how platforms display or filter reviews
- Authentic customer feedback is the foundation of our service
- Any attempt to manipulate reviews violates these Terms
5. Data Handling
During Service
We collect and process data necessary to provide our services, including business information and customer feedback data. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
After Termination
Our Hybrid Approach:
- Personal and sensitive data is deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement
- You may request a data export before termination
- Immediate deletion available upon request
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business information and content. You grant us a license to use this information solely to provide our services. We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, reports, and methodologies.
7. Limitations & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding month
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes
8. Cancellation & Termination
No Lock-In Contracts
We believe in earning your business every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees.
How to Cancel
Simply notify us via your account dashboard or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
9. General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Montana law
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute our entire agreement
- Modifications: We may update these Terms with notice to you
- Severability: Invalid provisions won't affect remaining Terms
