Welcome to Branch Line Media. These Terms of Service govern your use of our reputation management and review automation services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided: Branch Line Media provides online reputation management services including automated review request systems, online reputation monitoring, review response management, reputation analytics and reporting, and local search optimization support.
Important: We do not guarantee specific review quantities, ratings, or search rankings. Results vary based on numerous factors including your customer base and industry.
Billing & Payment: We offer flexible billing with Monthly Plans (billed monthly with no long-term commitment) and Annual Plans (billed yearly with potential savings). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Your Responsibilities: To ensure the success of our partnership, you agree to provide accurate and complete business information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, respond promptly to customer feedback when necessary, not request, incentivize, or create fake reviews, and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
Platform Compliance: Our services are designed to comply with major review platform guidelines including Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Review platforms may change their policies at any time, and we cannot control how platforms display or filter reviews.
Data Handling: We collect and process data necessary to provide our services, including business information and customer feedback data. Personal and sensitive data is deleted within 30 days after termination, while anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement.
Cancellation: We believe in earning your business every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

This Privacy Notice describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services.
Information We Collect: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and job titles. We do not process sensitive information.
How We Use Information: We process your information to deliver and facilitate delivery of services to you and to enable user-to-user communications if you choose to use any of our offerings that allow for communication with another user.
Information Sharing: We may share your information in specific situations including business transfers, with affiliates, and with business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the preceding twelve months.
Your Rights: Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information including the right to know whether we are processing your personal data, access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy of your data, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Data Retention: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
Minors: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
